Fidel was born on 6th April 2010, in Mukuyu village in Magunga, Homabay County.
He was admitted to St Camillus Dala Kiye Children Home, together with his brother Tiberius Otieno, on 29th January 2024 and was also enrolled in the B.L. Tezza Complex School grade 5.
