This training outline is specifically designed to meet the training needs of Dala Kiye staff who are directly involved in the implementation of the program. The specific targets include the program management team, teachers & project assistants [social workers & nurses]. The training is also suitable for any other staff within the Mission who is involved in HIV/AIDS and OVC project work and has felt the need to refresh his/her knowledge and skills.
The objectives of this training include but not limited to the following: –
- To gain substantial knowledge in HIV/AIDS & OVC programming elements.
- To acquire new skills in respective areas of assignments in the program
- To motivate the staff by building their capacity to perform their work efficiently and effectively.
- To improve the capacity of Dala Kiye Program to deliver prompt quality services to the OVCs.
