As we end another year, we are grateful for the milestones our hospital has achieved over time.
As Servants of the Sick, we strive daily to provide quality and affordable healthcare services to our patients, who are our Lords and Masters.
We improved our healthcare services through quality management by promoting the continuous development of the workforce to achieve the full potential of our staff and maintain ethical standards.
During the year, we were fortunate to have upgraded our facility through the gradual acquisition of various equipment and machinery for our departments and engaged in other new construction activities.
We are pleased to also announce that both the eye and dental clinics were reopened early this year and are providing services to our patients.
The Kenyan government rolled out a new National Health Insurance scheme, the SHA (Social Health Authority). Therefore, the people had to register afresh with SHA. The transition has not been smooth, with many challenges experienced, especially on the remittance of payment by the new scheme.
