Welcome back to the new year 2023!
The January issue of our MILOME newsletter brings you updates on our children’s activities at the Dala Kiye Center in Karungu, Kenya.
For those of you who started reading MILOME recently, the Dala Kiye center is a home welcoming 60 HIV positive children with 6 houses, 4 for boys and 2 for girls, each with a host mom checking the children, especially making sure they get their antiretroviral therapy essential for their survival. After three weeks with their families, and deeply missing the Dala Kiye centre, the children returned on 13 January, excited to meet their friends and start a new school year. We hope that you too have spent moments of affection and spirituality during the Christmas season with your loved ones.
